Walking home along South Lambeth Road from a certain Vauxhall venue in the early hours of this morning, I was stopped at the Fentiman Road junction by a drunk Halloween part goer asking me if there was a kebabery in the vicinity.
I've never heard that word before is it real, or just an attempt to add a pit of faux poshness to the term kebab shop.
I've never ever had a kebab in my life so if this is a common word, it would explain why it's unkown to me.
As I'm on the subject of new words Toby has introduced me to to the French term for Credit crunch le craquement de crédit, which sounds so much more exciting.
